She also studied abroad at Pontificicia Universidade Catolica-Sao Paulo Brazil and at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez and Rio Piedras Campus. She worked within the academia for several years, both in the US and PR. Then the entrepreneurial spirit and the passion for business and sale instilled by her father since an early age, took over. Previous to her real estate adventure, in Orlando Fl., she worked as sales manager and general manager of a mechanical contractor company in Puerto Rico. Also, in partnership with her husband, she developed several small businesses related to her other passion, sustainable agriculture. Loida moved to Orlando in 1999 and have been in the real estate business since. She brought to her real estate business, managerial and customer service experience, her love for the arts and her passion to serve. That passion has brought countless customers and clients that over the years, have kept sending referrals and continued to purchase homes, selling property and leasing premises through her company and with Loida’s personal help. In 2005, Loida joined forces with Migdalia Cruz, a very good friend and experienced real estate professional, and created a boutique real estate firm. Thanks to the support of family, friends and an exceptionally loyal clientele they have grown the company amid the biggest financial crisis of our time.
